Prestantia Health is delighted that Founder and Director, Dr Paresh Dawda has been selected for the Collaborative Pairs Australia program. Collaborative Pairs is a unique program designed to assist clinicians, patients and consumers to learn together to build productive relationships and to appreciate and practice how different roles and perspectives can be a constructive force for change. The program’s objectives are to build skills in developing collaborative partnerships and to break down the cultural barriers that often exist between those providing the services and those receiving them. This completely resonates with our company values.
Collaborative Pairs is a program from the King's Fund in the UK and Dr Dawda will be attending with Russell McGowan. The program will be evaluated by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care. Four pairs have been selected to be part of the first cohort and we're excited at being one of those.
We are delivering this program at South East Melbourne Primary Health Network
